A standard consultation fee of $220 is applicable for all consultations within the standard clinic hours. Please note that the full payment is due on the day of the appointment by credit card. We make this request due to the small nature of our clinic and our inability to follow up on outstanding outstanding invoices.

The standard supervision fee is $165 (inclusive of GST). Please contact us if you require a fee adjustment based on your financial needs.
Wandering Minds Psychology offers bulk-billed appointments to individuals experiencing difficult financial circumstances. To access bulk-billed appointments, you will need a MHCP and a valid referral from your GP. Please contact us if you require any further information.
Wandering Minds Psychology has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of $110 will be payable on the day of the scheduled appointment.
Under the Australian Government’s Better Access to Mental Health initiative, Australian residents with a valid Medicare card are able to access subsidised psychological treatment. Clients on a MHCP are currently eligible to receive rebates for 10 sessions per calendar year. Please speak to your GP about your eligibility for a MHCP.
With a MHCP, you will be eligible for a rebate of $131.65 for a standard consultation with a Clinical Psychologist. The Medicare rebate will be processed by the clinic following your session, pending the settlement of the standard consultation fee.
Medicare mandates specific details to be included in a MHCP referral. Please ensure that the referral has your name, DOB, address and the specific number of sessions released by your GP.
