A standard consultation fee of $220 is applicable for all consultations within the standard clinic hours. Please note that the full payment is due on the day of the appointment by credit card. We make this request due to the small nature of our clinic and our inability to follow up on outstanding outstanding invoices.

The standard supervision fee is $165 (inclusive of GST). Please contact us if you require a fee adjustment based on your financial needs.
Wandering Minds Psychology has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of $110 will be payable on the day of the scheduled appointment.
